LOWER GWYNEDD, Pa. - Lynn (Kleeman) McCabe, 86, went home to God on Nov. 2, 2018, sleeping next to the love of her life, her husband, Thomas B. McCabe, to whom she was married for 65 years. Lynn was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Wilfred J. and Emma (Weiss) Kleeman.

She was predeceased by her sister, Susan MacKay, and a son-in-law, Terry Bradish.

Loving wife, mom, grammie and great-grammie, she was the sweetest, most selfless and unconditionally loving person anyone could have the privilege to know. She truly spread joy to all. A consummate optimist, her glass was always half-full, an outlook which sustained her and inspired others. She had a great impact on many people including the children she taught as a kindergarten teacher in South Portland, for 25 years. Lynn loved gardening, skiing, travelling and volunteering.

By far, her greatest love was for her beloved husband and her family: children, Michael (Cindy), Kathleen (Peter), Cynthia (Terry) and Laurie; grandchildren, Kimberly (Aaron), Kristen, Jason (Maria) and Jennifer (Matthew); great-grandchildren, Tyler, Nathan, Alivia, Autumn, Aidan, Stella, Ryder (and one on the way); and her niece, Fiona.

The Family would like to thank the wonderful people at ACTS Hospice, especially Tish and Marcia, who contributed so lovingly to her care. Lynn will be missed by all.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the future.
