Obituary

WINDHAM - Jeffrey Byron Wilkerson, 62, passed away on Jan. 3, 2019. He was born Aug. 8, 1956, a son of Doug Wilkerson and Betty Lawrence.

Jeff was a graduate of Deering High School and on Aug. 17, 1990, he married Stephanie Strickland. Together, they made their home in Windham and raised their two children, Tyler and Ali. In his younger years, Jeff was employed as a car salesman.

He enjoyed boating, playing pool, was an avid reader, and was most passionate about riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. His favorite days were spent boating on Sebago Lake with his family. A jack of all trades, Jeff could even sew and mend clothing! Jeff was knowledgeable about cars, as well as his favorite music, classic rock and roll. An unforgettable character, Jeff was a one of a kind, and was the life of the party.

Jeff is survived by his wife, of 28 years, Stephanie Wilkerson, of Windham; children, Tyler Wilkerson, of Limington, and Ali Wilkerson and her boyfriend, Chris, of Windham; and a brother, Chris Wilkerson, of Saco.

Jeff was predeceased by his father, Doug Wilkerson, and mother, Betty Lawrence.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Jan. 10, at 1 p.m., at the North Windham Union Church, 723 Roosevelt Trail, Windham.
