BIDDEFORD -- Charles J. Raybine, Jr., 47, of Biddeford died unexpectedly March 26, 2013. Born to Amy and Charles Raybine, Sr. on August 18, 1965 in Biddeford, Charlie was a self employed contractor for over 25 years and also was a commercial fisherman.
Playing pool and golfing were hobbies of Charlie but where he felt most at peace and alive was fishing for stripers at the ocean.
Charlie will always be remembered for running up and down the sidelines of every Red Storm football games proudly cheering on #86.
Charlie is survived by his wife of 16 years, Lori Raybine; his father, Charles Raybine, Sr.; brother, Kevin Raybine; two sons, Charles Raybine, III and Anthony Simoneau and their mom, Lori DePeter, two daughters, Jessica Raybine Black and Bobbi Jeanne Bouthot; several local relatives; extended families, the Plourdes, the DePeters and 100's of children who called him uncle Charlie and loved him as he loved them.
Visiting hours will be on Saturday, April 13, 2013 from 12 noon to 3 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 3 p.m. at Hope Memorial Chapel, 480 Elm St., Biddeford, ME 04005. To share condolences online, please visit
