Mohn, 86
WESTBROOK -- Norman Harold Mohn, 86, passed away Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013 at the Spring brook Nursing Home.
He was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minn., the son of Invold and Bertha (Nygaard) Mohn. He served in the US Navy in the Pacific Theatre during World War II on the aircraft Carrier USS Wasp, and became stationed in Brunswick.
Norman worked as an appliance repairman for many years before retiring. He was a simple, intelligent man who enjoyed reading and going for walks.
He was predeceased by a brother Tilford Mohn. He is survived by his sons Daniel Brady of Westbrook, Bruce Brady of Cheyenne, Wyo., Russell Brady of Windham, and Gregory (Scott) Mohn of Windham, his daughters Dawn Paquet of Westbrook, and Debra Marzilli of Windham; 15 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of his Life will be held in May. On line condolences may expressed at
