DeWalt D.O., July 24, 1993, who survives, along with their daughter, Megan Elizabeth DeWalt. Also surviving are stepchildren, David and his wife Lynne DeWalt, Mark and his wife Paige DeWalt, Claire DeWalt; and eight grandchildren.
