WINDHAM-- Marjorie went to be with the Lord on Dec. 18, 2012. She passed away peacefully at Ledgewood Manor with her family. She was born on July 25, 1937 to Myrtle Mae (Hayman) Libby and George H. Libby. Marjorie was one of five children.
She is predeceased by her sister Helen Gendreau and her husband, Fred, and her sister Fran Collins, and her husband, Don.
She is survived by her sister Dorothy Nelson, her husband Ted, and her brother, Donald Libby with his wife, Diane. She is also survived by her son, George H. Valeriani, his wife Sherry and three grandchildren, Kris, Shawn and Libby Anne, with whom she lived with for the last seven years. She was also survived by five very special nieces, Julie, Debra, Elizabeth, Libby, and Christina.
Marjorie was employed as a housekeeper at the Mercy Hospital for many years. She enjoyed bingo, music, reading and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of the Bible Believing Baptist Church in Gray where she enjoyed many activities. She enjoyed reading the Bible and listening to Christian music.
A service will be held at Bible Believing Baptist Church on Monday, Dec. 24, 2012. A visiting hour will commence at 10:00 - 11:00, and the memorial service will follow at 11:00.
