She was President of the Women's Auxiliary of the Maine State Plumbers Association from 1962 to 1963.
Marion enjoyed many friendships over the years at Bartlett Circle, traveling, eating out and playing cards. She and her husband Bill traveled all over the United States and Europe. Marion and Bill enjoyed winters in Zephyrhills, Fla., skiing at Sugarloaf Mountain where they owned a chalet and their hunting camp in Howland. In summer, they entertained family and friends at their camp on Thomas Pond in Raymond.

She is also survived by her children, George and wife Joan of Edinburg, Sandra Miles Grondin of Yarmouth, Bruce and wife Kathleen of Carrabasset Valley, Janice and husband Richard Piston of Fort Pierce, Fla., and Robert and wife Jane of Yarmouth. Miles Sr.; her son William E. Miles Jr. and his wife Mina Miles, her daughter Judy Drew Leeman; her sister Dorothy Kerr, brother Robert Mason; her grandson Jeffrey Piston; and her great-grandson David Bartlett.
