Bruce studied for and achieved his private pilot's license in 1992. He also was interested in anything mechanical or electrical and, like his Dad, could fix about anything.

He enjoyed being at camp, as well as traveling, camping, boating, motorcycling, family and friends and most of all snowmobiling. He went on several snowmobiling saddlebag tours all over Maine and parts of Canada.

Bruce married the love of his life and best friend, Sharon Arsenault, on Oct. 18, 1975, who survives in Buxton. Other survivors include his sister and her husband, Louanne and Rob Cameron, of Rumford; brother-in-law, David Arsenault and his wife Karin, of Kennebunk; and several nieces and nephews.

Bruce was predeceased by his parents.
