Justin Robert Robinson, 18
     RAYMOND -- Justin Robert Robinson, 18, died April 1, 2008, as the result of a tragic car accident.
     Justin was born July 6, 1989, in Portland, the son of Lori A. (Preble) and Philip Deschaine, and the late James Robert Robinson. Justin graduated from Windham High School, Class of 2007. He attended St. Joseph's College in Standish, where he was on the Honors List.
     He loved children and science, and had aspirations to become a pediatrician. He served the America Reads program through St. Joseph's College as a tutor for children in the Windham schools. Also a lover of animals, Justin worked part-time at the Doggie Cottage in Gray.
     Albert Einstein was Justin's hero. He also enjoyed Pokemon, Anime, video games, and anything Japanese. He was especially proud of a prize he won for memorizing the most numbers after the decimal point for Pi and an award he received in his senior year in high school for most improved student in Chemistry.
     Justin was devoted to his family and his friends. He loved family gatherings at his grandparents' home at Crescent Lake in Raymond, and the family summer camp at Ambejejus Lake, near Millinocket. Justin was very much loved by his family.
     He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Philip Deschaine of Raymond; his maternal grandparents, Waldo and Carolyn Preble of Raymond, his paternal grandmother, and his step-grandparents, Arnold and Stella Deschaine of Millinocket; and his step-brothers Anthony Deschaine of Portland and Nathan Deschaine of Raymond. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles: Deborah (Preble) and her husband Donald Drew of Sebec; Judith (Preble) Harrison of Bridgton; Pamela (Preble) and her husband Donald Cole of Lancaster, S.C.; Jeffrey and Anita (Ray) Preble of Limington; Irvin and Sandra Deschaine

    of Millinocket; Brenton and Karen Deschaine of East Millinocket; Debbie (Deschaine) and her husband Joe Lynch of Bucksport; Dana and Nora Deschaine of Princeton and Beverly (Deschaine) and her husband Charlie Pelkey of Woodville. He will be missed by his cousins: Jennifer Morgan; Joshua Rice and his fiancé, Coren Wheeler; Nicole Drew; Jennifer Drew; Matthew Harrison and his fiancé, Samantha Hachey; Shannon (Harrison) and James Foley; Donald and Sarah Cole; Kenneth and Allison Cole; Ryan and Sara Cole; Andra and Shaun Johnson; and Kristopher Preble and his fiancé Charissa Minton; all of their families; and the entire Deschaine family. Justin was predeceased by his father, James Robert Robinson. Justin will also be missed by special friends, Jessie Carlson of Windham, Dianna and Wayne Martin and their son, Alex Fogg of Raymond, Alex Keene, Natasha, and many other friends.
     The family would like to express their gratitude to Dianna and Wayne Martin, Richard and Sheri Huff, and the people at St. Joseph's College and Windham High School for all of their support and assistance through this time.
     Friends may visit from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, April 5, at Hall Funeral Home, Quaker Ridge Road, Casco. A celebration of Justin's life will be held at the Northern Pines Christ Chapel in Raymond, at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 6. Members of the Chaplaincy from St. Joseph's College will be officiating.
