Sadie Lynn Palma, 20
SOUTH PORTLAND - Sadie Lynn Palma (Cole), 20, died suddenly on June 29, 2016, after her battle with pulmonary hy- pertension.
She was born on May 7, 1996, the daughter of Angela Pierpont and Thomas Cole.
Sadie graduated from Seminole Ridge High School in Florida on May 20, 2014. Prior to that, she was a student at Portland High School, and also attended Deering High School.
After her high school graduation, Sadie returned to Maine where she met and married Juan Jose Palma, and their sweet amazing daughter, Sofia Alice, was born on July 8, 2015.
For the last year of her life, Sadie was in and out of the hospital while doctors tried to keep her pulmonary hypertension under control. We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the staff at Maine Medical Center, especially nurses Bill, Tammy, and Jeri. Sadie and her family would also like to thank some doctors in particular: Dr. Joel Wirth, Dr. Jen Palminteri, Dr. Shao, and Dr. Litton (who helped Sadie survive the emergency delivery of her daughter, Sofia).
The wake will be held on Sunday, July 10, from 4-7 p.m. at
Hobbs Funeral Home
